Readings are scheduled in advance and are a time reserved exclusively for you. You may cancel or reschedule up to 48 hours before your scheduled appointment. Cancellations will be refunded when they are made with adequate notice of at least 48 hours before your appointment. 

 

When a reading is canceled without adequate notice, we are unable to fill this time slot by offering it to another person. We cannot issue refunds for cancellations within 48 hours of your appointment. You may request to reschedule at a later date.

The only exception to this rule is in the event of serious illness or another unavoidable circumstance.
